All the payments are to be made to the driver by cash. We do not accept credit card payments at the moment. Prices are based on passengers being ready to travel at the time of the booking.

Waiting time for all airport pickups are free for the first 45 minutes and free for the first 15 minutes for other pick ups, thereafter £16.00 per hour will apply. There is no additional charge for the flight delays. As we monitor the British Airport Authority website to check for delays so you do not need to worry about keeping us waiting.

Our saloon cars are insured for maximum of 4 passengers and can take 2 large suitcases and 2 hand luggages. Our estate cars are insured for maximum of 4 passengers and can take 3 large suitcases and 2 hand luggages.(Fare will be £5.00 extra for this vehicle)

Our MPV cars are insured for maximum of 6 passengers and can take 4 large suitcases and 3 hand luggages.(Fare will be fare and a half for this vehicle)

Our Large MPV cars are insured for maximum of 8 passengers and can take 5 large suitcases and 4 hand luggages.(Fare will be double for this vehicle)

We reserve the right to refuse any passenger our services due to passenger having excess luggage which would result in the vehicle unsafe on the road.

Passengers are responsible to load and unload their belongings and we will not accept liability for loss or damage to the luggage.

Cancellations must be made prior to pick up time within two hours within London postcodes and outer areas will require 4 hours cancellation notification.

An extra charge of £5.00 plus the car park will be payable for airport pick ups.
