Terms and Conditions
Our prices are guaranteed on booking and are for the A to B journeys stated on booking only. (Further stops are charged per mile).Fix fares are guaranteed if correct pick-up and drop-off address are given at booking
Do not ask our drivers to carry more passengers than vehicle is insured for - Drivers are instructed to leave extra passengers at pick up point. Babies & Children count as one passenger regardless of age. (number of passengers allow are shown clearly on the large round PCO license disc on the windscreen)
Drivers are instructed not to allow anyone transportation if they are drunk, abusive or unfit to travel.
We reserve the right to ask for a deposit or full pre-pay on booking for any reason.
Credit card payment are subject to £5 surcharge
Airport Meet & Greet Prices include:
Cash & Credit Card Paid Journey Customers only.
(Account client are bound by terms and conditions sent when account was set up).
Checking flight number for early/late landings.
We do not charge from scheduled landing if delayed, (Be aware that some companies do.)
Collection from the specified airport. Including...
1. Being met inside the Arrivals Lounge at the airport*.
2. Assistance with your Luggage.
3. Escort to awaiting vehicle.
Up to forty (40) minutes free waiting time from actual landing time.
1. An extra £1 will be added per 5 minutes thereafter.(£6 per 1/2 hour).
2. Unless you have contacted us, our drivers are instructed to wait for up 1 Hour from "Baggage in Hall" notification.
Any Car parking fees.
(Up to 1 hour from landing time).
Being taken safely, and as swiftly as possible, to your destination.
All our drivers come from a customer service background and are hand picked.
Fares.
1. Our drivers may take different routes to you, this is why we have set fares.
2. You will never pay more than the fare quoted except when there is waiting
time (see ''What's no included...'') or you specify/change the booked journey or the drivers chosen route.
* Airport meeting point is always the Arrivals Information Desk unless otherwise specified by us in writing/e-mail.
* Drivers are told to be at the information desk 20mins after actual laning time.
* Another pickup point may be agreed if the driver can contact you by mobile phone at the airport. Sometimes this can make a pickup quicker - but this cannot be arranged in advance, by us.
* You must tell us if you have no luggage so we can tell the driver you may arrive at the Meeting point earlier.
